In recent years, the industry of milch cow of Baiyin have developed more and more rapidly, which accounts for higher proportion in the economy of stock raising. However, epidemic situation of milch cow's brucellosis have taken on rising during the past years, which was mainly because that animal and livestock products flowed frequently and heavy, especially the milch cow's highly dealing and floating. Hence, manufacture of milch cow in Baiyin greatly suffered from milch cow's brucellosis.In order to find out the epidemic situation of milch cow's brucellosis in Baiyin district, the information of prevention and cure of milch cow's brucellosis was collected. And we also carried through biological Stat. using those data which came from serology check from using simple test tube. Further, the infectant headstream, spreading ways, epidemic form, and distributing of prevalent areas were investigated through consulting original material, searching epidemic feature, blood serum epidemiology, clinical symptoms, pathology and etiology. The result showed that the main infectant headstream brucellosis was infected cow and all kinds and ages of cow could be infected and outbroke. Epidemic form was scattered. Infected cow from the area around was the main reason of cow infecting. Although the infected rate decreased from 28% in 1980s to about zero, the rate increased recently. We found out the key measures to strengthen inspect of epidemic situation and do well animal defended immunity to prevent eruption of milch cow's Brucellosis. After this, the rate decreased from 1.66% in 2002 to 0.12% in 2005, which fell nearly 1.54 percent. Therefore, the prevention effects are distinct(t<0.05). Furthermore, the results that we had gotten not only provides healthy milk for citizens of Baiyin but also could be offered basal information to further study.
