China has always been a powerful country in agriculture and planting industry.Rice,as the main food product in China,pl3 ays a crucial role in promoting the safe production of rice and the development of modern agriculture.At present,the domestic farm machinery market there are many types of plant protection machinery in the field,but most of all is towed the big plant protection machine or northern dryland crop fertilizer applying pesticide highland gap plant protection machine,and there are very few in southern paddy mechanical environment of homework,so developing a versatile and suitable for growing crops to the operation of fertilization,spraying machinery will better promote grain parameter and agricultural production efficiency.Based on early research and development team of highland gap since the field management of mechanical,as well as to the hunan region’s agricultural situation and agronomic requirements for related research,decided to develop a lightweight,low-cost high gap self-propelled chassis plant protection machine,combined with previous experimental data and working condition,designed for different crops and different planting line spacing,and crop growth in different periods of different height adjustable wheel base under the condition of rod diameter,height and four-wheel steering linkage and the independent drive highland gap plant protection machine chassis.In this paper,according to the characteristics of the operation of the upland gap plant protection machine,the chassis of the plant protection machine was designed,3d modeling,mechanical characteristics analysis,and the prototype was manufactured for test verification.The main research contents are as follows:(1)On the basis of consulting a large number of relevant literature,the relevant development trends of large-scale plant protection machinery at home and abroad and relevant research methods of key technologies were compared and studied.This paper summarizes the basic production situation and related parameter requirements of plant protection machine manufacturers at home and abroad,and according to the operation and technical requirements of the plant protection machine in this program,determines the main research content of my paper and the relevant content of the technical route.(2)According to the functional requirements and parameters of the plant protection machine,combining the requirements of agricultural planting in hunan and the basic planting parameters of most of the transplanters on the market.Combined with the functional work requirements of its own scheme,the basic parameters of chassis structure and power selection were determined,the chassis structure design scheme of plant protection machine was worked out,and the 3d model of plant protection machine was established.(3)For plant protection machine chassis structure designed by theoretical analysis,and the chassis of the machine system dynamics analysis and calculation,the chassis frame,leg,the steering wheel base adjustment device,linkage and active air bag from the ground clearance adjustment system of the main parts design and strength check,at the same time push the part of the selection of components.(4)Use Solidworks2016 Simulation to conduct static mechanical analysis and static finite element analysis of key parts,and check and compare the strain,stress and displacement parameters of each part to optimize the part structure.(5)Carry out the dynamics,kinematics,stability and passing performance of the plant protection machine chassis,establish the movement mathematical model in the operation process,and obtain the performance parameters of the plant protection machine.(6)Conduct static and dynamic tests for the trial prototype.The performance of the chassis was verified,and the test results showed that the trial chassis basically met the design requirements of the theoretical scheme.
