Taking the typical irrigation area of Yellow River ——Dagong irrigation areaas an example,this paper conducted sustainable,coordinated and optimal allocation of water resources in the irrigation area after the reform and expansion,and aimed at obtaining the maximum coordinated development index of comprehensive economic benefits,grain yield per unit area and ecological water supply guarantee rate.First of all,the basic situation of the Dagong area irrigated by the Yellow River was introduced,and the necessity and feasibility of the expansion and diversion of the Dagong area irrigated by the Yellow River were analyzed.Next,the paper analyzed agricultural irrigation water demand,and forecastedthe demand of life,agricultur,industry and ecology in different planning years,and got the total amount of water required in the irrigation district.Then calculated the amount of available irrigation water resources of the irrigation district,including effective rainfall,groundwater exploitation and permit water diversion from Yellow River,and the total amount of water supply in different planning years of irrigation can be got.Finally,the paper took the maximum coordinated development index of comprehensive economic benefits,grain yield per unit area and ecological water supply guarantee rate as the objective function.At the same time,it toke into account the three indicators reaching the maximum as far as possible.After determining constraint condition,the paper established multi objective and coordinatedallocation model of Dagong Irrigation District based on sustainable development.The main research methods used in this paper were membership degree of fuzzy mathematics,net benefit coefficient method,analytic hierarchy process,entropymethod and fuzzy multi-objective comprehensive benefit coefficient method.The result showed that,the coordinated development index of irrigation area was 0.927 in the year of 2020,in the year of 2025.At the same time,the optimal allocation of water resources showed that,the rate of industrial water shortage and agricultural water shortage in 2025 were all less than in the year of 2020.In particular,the rate of agriculture water shortage decreased from 3.2% in 2020 to 0.3% in 2025.In addition,the social,economic and ecological environment of the irrigation district were in a highly-coordinated development state,which indicated that the method used to coor dinate and optimize the allocation of water resources was sustainable,andhad certain advantages.
