In this paper,the growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,blood physiological indexes,body size index and conventional physiological indexes of pure Angus cattle were introduced in the last three years from 2014 to 2016.,Breeding traits,morbidity,environmental climate,feeding and management conditions of these major indicators to determine the introduction of purebred Angus cattle in the local adaptability,and the introduction of fine cattle for the local data base.The experiment was conducted on the cattle of different age stages according to the principle that Angus cattle were born with the same age,close weight and gender consistency.Each type of cow is a test group.Then,the following studies were carried out:(1)The data of local cattle calves,6 months old,12 months old and 18 months of age were measured for three consecutive years.In 2014,the data of cattle were introduced,2015,2016 As a result of the introduction of cattle offspring data,through the introduction of cattle and the origin of the comparison,the introduction of cattle and offspring 3 years body weight comparison.The body weight changes were summarized and the adaptability of growth in the local cattle farm was obtained.(2)The physiological and biochemical indexes of blood were measured at different age groups in different seasons,and the changes of immune indexes of Angus cattle in different seasons were analyzed.(3)Statistical analysis of local beef cattle disease.The analysis data reflect the introduction of purebred Angus cattle in local disease adaptability.Specific conclusions are as follows:(P> 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).The results showed that the body size index of the cattle was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).(P <0.05).The average body weight of Angus cattle in 2016 was 232.25 kg,411.53 kg and 580.64 kg respectively,and the reference value of foreign reference range was 200.4 kg,350.6 kg,520.6 kg.Angus cattle in the local body size growth is higher than the origin,with faster growth rate.2,under the condition of feeding,the growth of black Angus cattle in the body size is higher than that of red Angus cattle,except for the cross section,the other body size indexes are significantly different(P <0.05)in the growth performance is stronger than the red Guth.Showing faster growth.3,the age of Angus cattle in the winter growth index is lower than other seasons,showing the growth performance of the winter is lower but higher than the origin,and with different years of change,the various stages of cattle indicators have Changes,showing an increase in the adaptability of cattle data indicators with the year.4,Angus cattle in the local total breeding rate can reach more than 84.2% in 2015 the total breeding rate of 89% or more.Higher than the origin of the reproductive rate,the introduction of Angus cattle in the local has a good breeding adaptability.With the Angus cattle in the local life of the time,Angus cattle breeding rate has improved.5,Angus cattle in the local foot and foot disease,pica addiction than the origin of 2% increase in incidence,and with the annual growth has decreased.The incidence of calf pneumonia has also decreased.The incidence of reproductive disease in adult cattle is reduced by 3%,the level of feeding and management is improved,and the adaptability of cattle to the local environment is enhanced,and the ability of cattle to adapt to local diseases has been improved.In summary,the introduction of purebred Angus cattle in the local has a good adaptability,and can show a higher production performance.
