Virtual agriculture,as an interdisciplinary research of digital agriculture and virtual reality technology,has been among the most intensively studied field of modern agriculture with the development of science and technology.Up to now,most of the chianese scholars on virtual crop have aimed at common single-stem crops such as wheat,corn,cotton,barley and so on,while virtual visualization research on a high-yield global fruit-grape is rare to be reported.The paper took the red-globe grape grew in Gansu Province as the object.Under the standard cultivation techniques of the grape,the geometric parameters of trunk,main stem,lateral stem,and fruit cane had been measured at fixed time testing plan in two consecutive years,especially which of the internode,petioles,leaf,inflorescene etc.at the new branches of the fruit cane,and also the meteorological data of the temperature,wind speed and others in the experiment vineyard,and then the growth models of main organs in new branch of the grape were fitted or simulated.The accomplishment works of the paper are as follows,1.Understood the organ morphological and structural features and physiological growth properties of grape through field experimental measurement and analysis.2.After sampling,collecting and analysing the field experimental data,the S-type curve growth rule in grape branch and organs were studied.Richards equation was chosed as the actual model of describing the major organs of the grape upon comparison of several S-type curvilinear equations.Then the growth development models and parameters of each organ were fitted or determined based on actual measured data.3.The model validation completed.The experiment results showed that the simulated models has better predictability for the growth and development of the internode,leaf,petioles,and inflorescene,etc.of new branches of the grape,and which would match the growth dynamics of new branches of the grape correctly and accords with the biological law of plant branch.The results of experimental study laythetechnological foundation for the building growth and development model of the grape,and provide theoretical basis for finally realizing visual representation of grape growth and development.
