Developing the whole pole type sugarcane harvester which is suitable for China's national conditions and sugarcane planting characteristics is helpful to improve production efficiency,to reduce production cost,also has a broad market prospect.The subject relies on the project of technical staff company about the Ministry of Science and Technology,and a good platform on cooperation with Qinzhou Lishun machinery Co.,LTD.,analysises of the problems existing in the prototype based in joint developing original prototype,improves the dynamic rigidity of cutter and logistics unobstructed and driving performance.Use the method of dynamics theory,virtual prototype technology,the experimental research to optimized design for layout about the whole machine.The main work content as follows:First:According to some problems exposing from the field or simulation test and the vibration test and theoretical analysis,find out the cause of the problem of high broken head rate,logistics congestion and low driving performance etc from the point of view of the whole machine layout.Based on the analysis of the reason,improve the development of the prototype.Firstly,with dynamics theory and simulation analysis,sure the cutter's best position in the arrangement of the whole machine.Secondly,with logistics unobstructed as a benchmark,optimize the dip Angle of logistics and link up each function module.Thirdly,in order to improve the dynamic rigid target for the cutter,determine the optimal arrangement scheme from the theoretical analysis for the position of different vibration source.Finally,assess the driving performance of the sugarcane harvester in optimization scheme of the whole machine layout.Second:Combined with the virtual prototype technology,build dynamic optimization model of the main vibration source position.analysis and compare the influence of dynamic characteristics of cutter from the vibration source of vibration isolation and different layouts of vibration sources and quality of the piece,in order to verify the rationality and feasibility of the proposed scheme.Third:through the implementation of the programme by Qinzhou Lishun machinery Co.,successfully developed a new prototype.Through the test,compared with the original prototype,the knife dish vibration amplitude is from the original 2 mm down to 0.8 mm,and finally to the scene by the statistics of broken head rate,from 20%down to below 10%.The dynamic performance of the cutter can get a good improve,in addition the logistics unobstructed also improved.
