In order to clarify the relationship between soil nutrients and flavor flue-cured tobacco producing areas of tobacco aroma substances,on the basis of K326 materials,a total of 13 selected typical tobacco county(city)as the sampling location,the distribution of soil nutrient and smoke mainly through the study of the difference of tobacco aroma matter in different ecological regions,and the effect of soil nutrient differences on internal quality of tobacco,and from a macro perspective on soil nutrient effect on main aroma substances in tobacco,tobacco aroma substances for ecological regions and their precursors relationship with soil nutrients.The results are as follows:(1)The analysis of organic matter and humus components in tobacco growing soil in ecological region:A.the soil organic matter content in Wuling mountainous area was 25.1 g/kg,Range of 15.6 ~ 42.4 g/kg,Coefficient of variation was 28.5%,The average content of soil organic matter was 27.4 g/kg,Range of 17.4 ~ 42.1 g/kg,Coefficient of variation was 18.1%,The average content of soil organic matter in Qinba mountain area was 21.1 g/kg,Range of 11.3 ~ 36.4 g/kg,Coefficient of variation was 21.9%.It was suitable for tobacco planting.The average value of total carbon content of humus in B.soil aggregate structure Qinba mountain area is less than Wuling mountain area;The high content of fulvic acid in Wuling mountain area,The average content of Hu Min acid and Hu Minsu was higher in tobacco growing soil in the middle of Guizhou province;There was no significant difference between Hu Min and Hu Minsu in the topsoil of the three ecological zones,and the variation was moderate,and the ratio of soil to soil was about 0.5.(2)The ecological area of tobacco soil nutrient status were analyzed,in addition to total potassium in the ecological region had no significant difference,pH,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,available nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium showed significant difference;Wuling mountain tobacco soil total potassium content is higher,more total nitrogen total phosphorus content and Qinba Mountain,but the total potassium content of at least pH and low soil;Wuling mountain Qinba mountain soil pH is high,the negative growth of flue-cured tobacco.(3)Planting tobacco soil trace element characteristics show that the analysis on Ecological Area: three ecological areas of tobacco soil available Fe and Mn content in the overall level of rich,while the Cu in Wuling mountainous area 15.5% soil deficiency;Guizhou Mountain 27% planting tobacco soil Cu deficiency,soil samples lack of effect Zn total sample of 14.28%;the content of available Mn in Qinba mountain soil and lack of shortage of samples the total sample number 33.3%.(4)The characteristics of the content of main aroma ecological district performance for tobacco aroma components,the 15 indexes,except two eggplant ketone,beta ionone and two hydrogen actinidiolide 3 indicators of ecological interval has no significant difference,the difference between the other 12 indicators of ecological zones were significant;Guizhou mountain giant bean three ketene(1,2,3,4),high 3-hydroxy damascenone,3-oxo alpha ionol and beta farnesene content;Wuling mountain geranylacetone,giant bean three ketene 3,neoplytadiene,3-oxo alpha ionol,3-hydroxy Sora Wei-ketone content was medium,the content of each index is not prominent;Qinba Mountain 3-hydroxy ketone with high content of Ti Wei Sora,geranylacetone,giant bean three ketene 3,neoplytadiene,3-oxo alpha ionol low content.(5)The relationship between soil factors and tobacco aroma substances showed: with the increase of iron content of soil organic matter,the aroma of eggplant drop two ketone is reduced,the giant bean three ketene isomers increased gradually;with the soil alkaline,have a negative effect on reducing eggplant two ketone,had positive effect on Giant bean three ketene.With the increase of soil organic matter and potassium content,may promote the increase of content of neoplytadiene,will have a negative effect on Solanone;nitrogen has significant positive effect on Solanone,have an adverse effect on the accumulation of neoplytadiene.(6)The results showed that soil pH,organic matter,iron,potassium,nitrogen and other indicators,has an important influence on two giant bean,eggplant drop ketone three ketene,main aroma substances of tobacco planting index,Solanone diene,with soil with tobacco aroma key indicators further study on the establishment of key indicators of soil some key indicators will become the regional ecological style and characteristics of tobacco leaves.
