Clinical Study On Xiaoke Bi Tong Capsule Combined With Acupuncture Treatment On Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy With Glucolipid Metabolism

Purpose: This research through clinical observation Xiaoke Bi Tong capsule combined with acupuncture therapy in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)of blood sugar,blood fat,hemorheology,glycosylated hemoglobin,and the change of the nerve conduction velocity,study the TCM comprehensive therapy effect on glucolipid metabolism,validation Xiaoke Bi Tong capsule combined the curative effect of acupuncture in the treatment of DPN.Method: To 90 cases of DPN qi deficiency,blood stasis,vein blood stasis resistance syndrome)patients were randomly divided into lipoic acid capsules group(control group),diabetes,Xiaoke Bi Tong capsule group(Chinese traditional medicine group),diabetes,Xiaoke Bi Tong capsule combined with acupuncture group(needle medicine group)three groups,each 30 cases,both in the life style intervention,on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,respectively,take different treatment,a course of 12 weeks.Before and after treatment were observed in patients with clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,nerve conduction velocity,blood sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipid and blood rheology indexes.Result: Total effective Xiaoke Bi Tong capsule combined with acupuncture group was83.33%,the excessive Xiaoke Bi Tong capsule group was 70%,lipoic acid capsules group was 60%.All three groups after treatment of TCM syndrome integral are significantly lower than before treatment,and diabetes,Xiaoke Bi Tong capsule combined with acupuncture treatment group was better than the other two groups,diabetes,Xiaoke Bi Tong capsule group is better than that of lipoic acid capsules.Before and after treatment in improving blood sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood fat,hemorheology and nerve conduction velocity,diabetes,the improvement of the Xiaoke Bi Tong capsule combined with acupuncture group is better than that of diabetes,Xiaoke Bi Tong capsule group and lipoic acid capsule group(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).Conclusion: Xiaoke Bi Tong capsule combined with acupuncture treatment can improve the blood rheology of DPN,promote microcirculation,improve the function of islet,inhibit blood viscosity,promote restoration of the nerve cells and nerve fiber protection role,so as toimprove the patient's nerve conduction velocity,the improvement of DPN symptoms and signs.
