| Objective:choose the clinical research method, through comparison with the western medicine treatment group to observe the clinical curative effect of the method of invigorating the spleen and Supplementing Qi combined with western medicine for treatment of antiplatelet drug (Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets)induced gastric mucosal injury(Gastric ulcer), to provide a theoretical basis for Integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for prevention and treatment of injury of gastric mucosal.Methods:60 patients with Gastric ulcer induced by antiplatelet drug (Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets) were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group. The control group of pantoprazole orally, the treatment group combined with the method of invigorating the spleen and Supplementing Qi,4 weeks after treatment, The clinical effect of the control group and the treatment group were observed by the review of the gastroscopy. Then we must again due to underlying disease drug oral antiplatelet (Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets) and the ulcer healed patients, to observe the long-term curative effect.Results:there were no significant differences in gender, age, stage of gastric ulcer and Helicobacter pylori infection between the two groups. From the clinical symptoms remission rate, symptom score, endoscopic ulcer healing were significantly different, and there was statistical significance (P<0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group. For the prevention of gastric mucosal injury, he method of invigorating the spleen and Supplementing Qi can effectively reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions, there is a significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:the method of invigorating the spleen and Supplementing Qi can promote the healing of Spleen stomach deficiency type gastric ulcer, and can prevent the injury of gastric mucosal by antiplatelet drugs(Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets). |
