Clinical Study On Acupoint Catgut Embedding Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine In Treatment Of Unconsolidation Of The Kidney Qi Type Urinary Incontinence After Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect in unconsolidation of the kidney qi type urinary incontinence after cerebral infarction treated with acupoint catgut embedding combined with traditional Chinese medicine,study the effectiveness of the treatment,and evaluate 1 hour urine pad test and the western medicine clinical symptoms,aimed at exploring an effective,simple green treatment,better clinical guidance,and to establish the theoretic base for the combination of acupuncture with medicine treatment for treating the disease.Methods:All 90 cases were from patients with acupuncture clinic Second Hospital Affiliated to Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine in March 2016 to January 2017,the age of the patients ranged between 40 to 75,consistent with the diagnostic criteria of cerebral infarction and urinary incontinence,dialectical type belong to unconsolidation of the kidney qi type,and conform to the inclusion criteria.According to the doctor of the order,the patients were randomly divided into group A(acupoint catgut embedding combined with Chinese traditional medicine group)and group B(pure acupoint catgut embedding),group C(pure Chinese traditional medicine group),every group has 30 cases.Three groups accept foundation treatment and rehabilitation after cerebral infarction all.Group A treated with acupoint catgut embedding and traditional Chinese medicine therapy at the same time,acupoint selection for bilateral San Jiao Shu,Shen Shu,Pang Guang Shu,Ci Liao and Hui Yang,once every 15 days for acupoint catgut embedding,twice for a period of treatment,a total of 30 days.Chinese medicine herbal treatment use Heilongjiang university second affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine tisanes,thick till 200 ml,application of vacuum sealing packing into 2 bags,in their bag of 100mL,orall bag each time,2 times/day,continuous treatment for 30 days.Group B treated with acupuncture point bury a line therapy which was used in group A,group C treated with Chinese medicine treatment of group A.From before and after treatment of 1 h urine pad test,the degree of incontinence,Western medicine clinical symptom score standard and evaluation methods to evaluate the effect.Statistical methods using SPSS20.0 software for statistical processing.Results:1.Through the stochastic indicator method is divided into three groups of patients in terms of gender,age and course of the disease has no significant difference(P>0.0 5),comp arable.2.1 h urine pad test,according to data from three groups of patients before and after treatment with significant difference(P<0.01),after treatment,the efficacy of the group A are better than those of group B and group C,and the efficacy of group B and group C has no significant difference(PAB<0.01,PAC<0.01,PBC>0.01).3.urinary incontinence degree evaluation results of statistics showed that the three groups of patients before treatment in the degree of urinary incontinence had no significant difference(P>0.05),comparable,three groups after treatment compared with before treatment,the values of P were less than 0.01,indicating that three groups of treatment methods have obvious curative effect,and the effect of group A was better than that of group B and group C,and group B and group C efficacy without significant difference(PAB<0.05,PAC<0.05,PBC>0.05).4.Western medicine clinical symptom score data shows that three groups of patients after treatment has significant curative effect(P<0.05),the efficacy of the group A were better than that of group B and group C(P<0.05),integral,group A were superior to group B and group C(P<0.05),the efficiency of group A was 86.21%,the effective rate of group B was 66.67%,the effective rate of group C was 58.62%.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture point catgut embedding combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of unconsolidation of the kidney qi type urinary incontinence after cerebral infarction is effective,and is better than pure Chinese medicine treatment group and simple acupoint catgut embedding therapy group.2.Acupuncture point catgut embedding combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of unconsolidation of the kidney qi type urinary incontinence after cerebral infarction can obviously improve the symptoms of urinary incontinence,reduce the urine volume of 1 hours,and significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of Western medicine score,which is worthy of clinical application.
