| Objective:to observe the clinical effect of acupoint catgut implantation in the treatment of urinary incontinence after cerebral infarction, and to clarify the therapeutic effect of acupoint catgut implantation in the treatment of urinary incontinence after cerebral infarction,so as to provide a practical and effective method for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:60 patients with urinary incontinence after cerebral infarction who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group.Acupoint catgut embedding was used in the treatment group, and the patients were treated once a week. The control group was treated with common acupuncture. The patients were treated with acupuncture 6 times per week and rested for 1 day.The treatment time of both groups was 1 month.General data(sex, age, course of disease)of the patients were compared before the trial to determine the comparability of the two groups of patients. The degree of urinary incontinence, symptoms of urinary incontinence and frequency of daily urination were graded and scored before and after treatment. The maximum volume of bladder before and after treatment was measured by b-ultrasound,and the data before and after the test were statistically analyzed to compare the efficacy of the two treatment methods.Results:1.After 1 course of treatment, according to the comparison of the degree of urinary incontinence, the score of urinary incontinence symptoms, the grade of daily urination frequency and the maximum bladder capacity of the two groups of patients, the data obtained showed that the condition of the two groups of patients was improved compared with that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 Comparing the two groups after treatment,it can be concluded that the symptom improvement in the treatment group is more significant, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that acupoint catsu-embedding has an accurate and better effect than ordinary acupuncture in improving the symptoms, degree, daily urination frequency and bladder volume of urinary incontinence after cerebral infarctionConclusion:1.Both acupoint catgut embedding and common acupuncture can effectively improve the condition of patients with urinary incontinence after cerebral infarction, and the therapeutic effect of catgut embedding on urinary incontinence after cerebral infarction is better than that of common acupuncture.2.Acupoint catsu-embedding method has significant therapeutic effects in improving the degree of urinary incontinence after cerebral infarction, reducing the frequency of daily urination and increasing the maximum volume of bladder. |
