Objective: Determine the content of 4 components in Aconitum soongaricum Stapf.and simulate process these main components,determination of hydrolysis products of Aconitum alkaloid of Aconitum soongaricum Stapf.with the liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method,analyse the changes of alkaloids before and after processing,Summarize the fragmentation rules and processing hydrolysis mechanism,As the processing parameters of Aconitum for Aconitum soongaricum Stapf.to provide a theoretical basis.Methods: Firstly,using HPLC to determine the content of 4 components in Aconitum soongaricum Stapf..And processing Aconitum soongaricum Stapf.for different time,determined by HPLC,compared with HPLC chromatograms of Aconitum soongaricum Stapf.processed products,and the changes of main components of Aconitum.Secondly,simulated by traditional Chinese medicine processing method,with 4 kinds of main chemical constituents of Aconitum in Aconitum soongaricum Stapf.as the research object,combined with HPLC and HPLC-MS results,summarizes the alkaloid monomer variation simulation processing,and verified in different processed products of Aconitum in Aconitum soongaricum Stapf..Finally,study the main product of Aconitum in Aconitum soongaricum Stapf.after processing as the research object,the content in different time processed products of Aconitum in Aconitum soongaricum Stapf.,determine the processing technology parameters of Aconitum in Aconitum soongaricum Stapf..Result: Three approved in Aconitum in Aconitum soongaricum Stapf.,the average content of songorine,12-epi-napellin,aconitine and deoxyaconitine were 1.1113,1.9802,6.5626,0.2709 mg/g;After the simulation of aconitine after processing mainly produce hydrolysis products,with the increase of simulation processing time,aconitine and deoxyaconitine gradually disappear,eventually not detected;Songorine and 12-epi-napellin through simulation of different processing time did not occur after hydrolysis.Conclusion: System suitability of 4 main Aconitum components in Aconitum soongaricum Stapf.is good;Processed at different time after the occurrence,preliminary determination of junggar aconitum heating processing parameters for 5~6 hours,and some components was produced by hydrolysis of hydrolysis product of the new,so as to achieve the reduce the toxicity and attenuated effect.
