Objective: To observe the expressions of Scr,Dickkopf-1(DKK1),?-catenin,FN and Co L-? in patients and to study the changes of DKK1,?-catenin,FN and Co L-? after8 weeks treated by Shiweiqihuangyishen decoction,and to investigate the most possible protective mechanisms of Shiweiqihuangyishen decoction on patients of chronic renal failure.Methods:68 cases of chronic renal failure of Spleen and kidney deficiency with blood stasis and turbidity syndrome's patients conformed to the research condition were randomly divided into 2 groups named treatment group,control group,including 34 cases of treatment group,34 cases of control group.In addition,30 cases were selected as normal group.The study concluded 60 cases because eight patients were excluded which diverted to renal replacement therapy in six cases and followed up in two cases.4 cases were from teatment group,other 4 cases were from control group.Treatment group given the Shiweiqihuangyishen decoction,one dose slimmer 2 times respectively morning and evening,with 8 weeks of treatment besides basic Western medicine and enema treatment.The control group was given only basic Western medicine and enema treatment.The levels of Scr,DKK1,?-catenin,FN and Co L-?were measured before and 8 weeks after treatment in the two groups.The renal funcation and the scores of TCM syndrome were Evaluated before and 8 weeks after treatment after.The levels of serum DKK1,?-catenin,FN and Co L-? were detected in the normal group.Results: 1 After treatment for 8 weeks,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 70%,differences in between groups(P<0.05).2 After treatment for 8 weeks,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes of the treatment group was 86.6%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 63.3%,differences in between groups(P<0.05).3.After 8 weeks treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group were significantly higher than those before treatment(P <0.01,P<0.05),After 8 weeks treatment,the score of TCM syndrome of the treatment group was lower than that the control group's(P<0.05).The levels of Scr and e GFR in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05),The levels between the two groups there was no significant difference(P>0.05);Treatment group after treatment Scr and e GFR levels were difference than before treatment(P<0.05).All of it was no significant difference on before treatment.4.The expression of ?-catenin,FN and Co L-? in the two groups was higher than that in the normal group(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01),and the expression of DKK1 was lower than that of the normal group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression of DKK1,?-catenin,FN and Co L-? between the treatment group and the control group(P> 0.05).The expression of FN and Co L-? in the treatment group was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),?-catenin had no significant difference(P>0.05),but the expression of DKK1 was higher than that before treatment(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between the control group and the control group(P>0.05).The expression of FN and Co L-? in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the difference of DKK1 and ?-catenin was higher than that of the control group(P>0.05).5.Serum levels of ?-catenin,FN and Co L-? were positively correlated with TCM syndrome scores(P<0.01).The correlation between serum DKK1 and TCM syndrome scores was negatively correlated(P<0.01).There was a positive correlation between serum DKK1 level and e GFR correlation(P <0.01).Serum levels of ?-catenin,FN and Co L-? were negatively correlated with e GFR(P <0.01).6.There were no adverse reactions in the study.Conclusion: Shiweiqihuangyishen decoction with better treatment of chronic renal failure manifested in the ability to improve renal function.Shiweiqihuangyishen decoction can reduce the levels of serum ?-catenin,FN and Co L-?,inprove DKK1's livel.It is description of Shiweiqihuangyishen decoction may reduce the accumulation of ECM to protectof renal function by inhibiting the activation of Wnt/?-catenin signaling pathway.
