Objective: Clear safflower extract of safflower yellow pigment on the mechanism of interstitial pneumonia treatment,through animal experiment modeling method to establish the mouse model of interstitial pneumonia.From pathology,cytokines,inflammatory response,oxidative stress mechanism,related gene expression,to clarify the mechanism of the effect of safflower yellow pigment,a traditional Chinese medicine safflower,on interstitial pneumonia.Methods:Safflower yellow pigment,the main component of safflower,was selected as the research object Animal experiment.Animal experimental study: 90 KM mice were randomly divided into 6 groups,15 rats in each group: safflower yellow injection group(group C),safflower yellow injection + pirfenidone group(D group),low molecular weight heparin group(G group),Pirfenidone group(J group),model group(K group)and control group(group L),After the rats were fed with 2D in the rat cage,the method of intratracheal instillation of bleomycin was used to make the model,and the corresponding drugs were injected into the stomach according to different groups.Take lung biopsy,to the pathological changes of lung tissue were observed by Masson staining method,the content of mice were detected by ELISA in lung tissue homogenate TGF-beta 1,IL-6,MDA,GSH,lung tissue of mice were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR analysis of PAI-1 mRNA and VEGF mRNA were relative gene expression.Results and Conclusion:Animal experimental results showed that the application of safflor yellow and safflower yellow combined with pirfenidone,mice indexes compared with the model group were improved in different degrees.The combination of pirfenidone safflor yellow improved significantly,with statistical significance,suggesting that invigorate the blood stasis medicine safflower can effect on the treatment of interstitial pneumonia in mice through multiple channels,and the combination is better,and its mechanism may be associated with interstitial lung disease in mice to correct the imbalance between oxidation and anti-oxidation,blocking fibroblast transformation,degradation of the lung interstitial excessive collagen,inhibition of angiogenesis lesions.
