The Clinical Study On Bazhen Granules In The Treatment Of Patients With Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Angina Pectoris With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective: This research aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Bazhen granules in the treatment of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart angina pectoris with qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods: The cases were from patients in Department of Cardiology of the gudi hospital in the hanting district of weifang city,shandong province.The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of their visits.After the experiment,100 cases were treated,including 50 in the treatment group and 50 in the control group.The basic clinical data of the two groups,such as gender,age,cultural degree,living environment and severity,were not significant difference.The control group was treated with rest,oxygen,aspirin and statins.The treatment group was treated with Bazhen granule.The indicators of syndromes(including chest pain,chest tightness,shortness of breath,fatigue,spontaneous perspiration,and god tongue,pulse condition,etc.),electrocardiogram,Seattle angina questionnaire,angina symptoms improve,nitroglycerin stopped reduction rate and safety of detailed were recorded and compared in detail.Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in the gender,age and course of disease.The effectiveness of the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The tongue condition significantly relieved after treatment,but the relief condition of the treatment group was significant higher than that of control group.The electrocardiogram efficient rate were 70% and 60% respectively for treatment group and control group.The toal exercise time in treatment group(527.17±176.14)after treatment was much higher than that before treatment(280.62±154.12),and than that of control group(201.36±117.27).The metabolic equivalent after treatment in treatment group(4.09±0.96 MET)was much higher than that of control group 6.97±1.26 MET.The differences between the time of ST segment down 1 mm before and after treatment were significantly.Compared to the control group,the physical limitation,anginal frequency,treatment satisfication of treatment group was better,with significant difference between the twogroicps.The efficiency of relief angina symptom was 84% and 66% respectively.More patients in the treatment group had reduced the dose of nitroglycerin(86% vs.66,P<0.05).The systolic pressure was much more decreased in the bazhen decoction treated group than that of control group.Treatment with western medicine alone or combined treatment of Chinese and western medicine was no significant difference between the two groups in the blood routine,urine routine,liver function and kidney function.Conclusion: Bazhen granules is safe and effective for patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart angina pectoris with qi deficiency and blood stasis.The mechanism is mainly through:(1)Improve the coronary artery supply;(2)Reduce the viscosity of whole blood anddetermination of platelet aggregating function;(3)Protect the function of Ischemia-reperfusion injury myocardium.
