As Chinese language teaching continues to expand its scale and the purpose of students' Chinese learning more clearly, the profession of teaching Chinese as foreign language are required to be paid more attention to efficiency and effectiveness. So how to make students master the required knowledge more quickly and effectively is our primary task, negotiated teaching methodology which have been proposed and studied in 1980 s is just to meet this need.Negotiated teaching methodology is based on teaching theory of Humanism and Constructivist teaching theory. It's trying to make the spirit of negotiate throughout the whole teaching design. In addition, it's trying to make students to determine what to learn how to learn and how to evaluate. Teachers play the role of organizer and facilitator, assisting students in learning. It just provide a solution for solving the contradiction between teaching and learning.According to the data can be found, research on theory and practice of negotiated teaching methodology is still mainly concentrated on the field of English teaching and learning. In consideration of English teaching and teaching Chinese as a foreign language all belongs to the category of the second language teaching, they can learn from each other on the teaching method, so this paper introduces, for the first time in teaching Chinese as foreign language, negotiated teaching methodology. We will take the Chinese as second language teaching classroom as the experimental site, change part of New Target Chinese Spoken Language3 as textbook and also provide teacher an operational instructional design as guidelines, so that we can improve the efficiency and effect of spoken Chinese teaching.
