The second chapter is the information of the source text, including the background, content introduction and stylistic features. In the third chapter, the translator analyzes and sums up the important and difficult points in the translating, as well as the translation methods and techniques adopted by the translator. The translator mainly elaborates the terminology translation of bidding document and engineering, the application of formal words and phrases, and the modal verbs translation. Under the guidance of Hans Vermeer's skopos theory, the translator adopts corresponding translation, amplification translation, and the use of compound adverbs to analyze cases in the report focusing on the reception and comprehension of target-text receivers. In addition, the translator illustrates how to use long and complex sentence to make the translation accuracy, and how to transform active voice to passive voice to show the objectivity and rigorousness of bidding document. The forth chapter is the conclusion.
