Excessive use of the network will be dependent on the network.Relying on the network is also known as pathological internet use(PIU) or Internet addiction syndrome(IAD). Especially the middle school students, as the main force in the use of the network, Their network using behavior and dependence of it has become the center of attention,because of adolescence has not formed a complete world view, outlook on life values, the good and bad information in the network is difficult to distinguish, bad information can easily affect their thinking, and cause adverse effects to them, interfere with the correct formation of values, or even a depature from the social behavior. So how to help young people use network correctly and make sure the network can promote the individual towards a healthy growth, towards the promotion of the social harmonious and healthy development has become an important topic of current research. In order to to find out the reason, we will analyse from the mental toughness and self controlling ability.We hope that throught this investigation and study,can cause social attention and set up the correct use of network consciousness.This study adopts the examine students' self-control ability questionnaire of primary and middle school students' self-control compiled by Wang Hongjiao and Lu Jiamei(2003), the questionnaire from three dimensions,the emotional control, behavior control and mind control;Lei Li and Yang Yang with reference to the domestic and foreign related research,combined with the actual situation of our country teenagers' development, authorized strength the adolescent pathological Internet use scale(APIUS); As well as compiled Gan Yiqun and Hu Yueqin adolescent mental resilience scale.Using 523 junior middle school students as subject performed tests,comparative study of junior middle school students mental toughness, self control and network depends on the general situation, and from the dimension of the demographic variables such as gender and grade analysis to determine the relationship between them, in order to explore the reasons of the student to the network rely on, hoping to find a lift for students' dependence on the network, to help students improve mental toughness and self-control, to resist the temptation of network, help the junior middle school students to exercise good survival ability, and achieve better grades.The results of this study show that the resilience of junior middle school students overall situation is good, in the middle level. To study the mental toughness of gender, the difference is not significant, but there are significant differences in the grade, the first grade students' psychological resilience score the highest, then the second grade, the third grade was the lowest. From the study on junior middle school students' self control,there are significant differences, there was no significant difference in emotional control, but there are significant differences in behavior control, thought control and general self control. the highest grade one, grade two second,grade three is the lowest, showed a downward trend, a significant these grade difference.From the consideration of gender.The differences between boys and girls in three grades are not significant in the behavior of self control,thinking and emotional control, self-control is not significant gender differences for junior middle school students. On junior middle school students network dependent study, found that rely on the network and its factors have significant differences in grade, the grade one relies on the network and its factors score lower than other grade, grade 3 higher and grade 2 score the highest, the second grade network dependence is in serious condition, and there are significant gender differences in network dependence, boys' network dependent score higher than girls'. Research has found that the mental toughness, self control respectively, and the network dependent into significant negative correlation, resilience and self control have significant positive correlation. There is a partial mediating effect between self- control in psychological resilience and network dependence.
