In this paper,based on the foreign students in Hohhot, concerning one of China's four famous classic Water Margin relevant questionnaires were analyzed, which made for senior foreign students learning to Water Margin for the language and culture center of gravity Foreign language teaching mode, so as to promote the spread of Chinese culture and thought to provide a method and ideas.This paper consists of an introduction, body and conclusion of three parts.In the introduction describes the current status of research teaching of Chinese classical culture of China's foreign and explain the purpose and meaning of my own based on this topic. Foreign Language and cultural aspects related to instructional design studies less, and most of these studies are aimed at the study of folk culture or respect for poetry,but the teaching of Chinese traditional culture and classical aspects for foreign students is even more pitiful. So I believe that a study Water Margin culture of teaching is essential for foreign students is essential to students in Hohhot for the study.The Text is divided into three parts. The first part of the questionnaire is to understand the foreign students on the Water Margin this work to understand the situation, for the situation and problems, then explain the revelation Water Margin as the traditional Chinese literature for foreign language teaching; the second part will be Water Margin excellent thought appears, in line with Confucianism and other characters to summarize, as a cultural alternative teaching material; the third part is the last part of the article the center, in which the author describes for the Water Margin Foreign Language Teaching design culture, the traditional Chinese classical literature, Water Margin as a linguistic and cultural integration of foreign language teaching in focus, innovative content and teaching of Chinese Foreign teaching ideas in this section, the author from the Water Margin as a cultural teaching instructional design principles and instructional design methods to be followed by specific examples of instructional design aspects to come forth.Conclusion summarizes the full text, described the conclusions of work and research done in the course of the study, the article describes innovations and shortcomings. The author of this article hopes to provide new ideas for the teaching of foreign literary classics during Chinese teaching and cultural education, which can be an important part of Chinese culture- traditional literature spread farther abroad, thuscontributing to the development of Chinese international education and Chinese culture.
