On The Love Writing Of Pai Hsien-yung's Works

Love writing is the eternal theme of the Chinese and foreign literary creation,and its basic subject is chanting the praises of the equality and freedom of love.But Taiwan writer Pai Hsien-yung shows different creative perspective and attitude.He restores love to itself,but is not limited to love.In the love story,Pai Hsien-yung complys with his own aesthetic intuition and the feeling of the original life to investigate the life about love and social situation of People with different genders or sexuality.He selects "human beings"——the element in love as the foothold,and he sets out from the gender,but transcends gender for finding the truth of human beings.The thesis is based on the love writing of Pai Hsien-yung's literary creation as the research object,and combined with gender consciousness to discuss the text characteristics of his love writing under the influence of traditional moral value system by Close Reading.The thesis is divided into four parts altogether.First of all,in order to clarify the characteristics of Pai Hsien-yung' s love writing,his work can be divided into three stages according to the different literary genres in chronological order.Second,the thesis emphasizes to discover Pai Hsien-yung' s conscious thinking which hides in love writing from the perspective of gender.The thesis analyzes Pai Hsien-yung' s all texts from the viewpoints of men,women and homosexual to emphasize his awareness of the people and the people' s survival state.Then the thesis excavates the creation style and value significance of his love writing.Combined with the author's unique life and writing experience,The last part analyzes the reasons why Pai Hsien-yung always keep love writing.Love writing is the base of Pai Hsien-yung' s literary creation,it is not only penetrated into his own inner emotional experience,but also expresses his unique discovery and deep thinking on life,and the most important is that love writing outweighs the value of itself,even has a broader social and cultural connotation.Whether the mining of Pai Hsien-yung' s literature creation or review of the essence of love writing,this study is a meaningful attempt and exploration.
