Speculative words in Mandarin Chinese with strong colloquial and rich expression, belongs to a kind of common used, high frequency words. The research results of some words like “pa” “kongpa”,“kan” “bie” “xiang” are rich. The research of “shuo bu ding” “mo bu zhun” “bao bu zhu” “nong bu hao”and some other words are rising gradually. Those are “static” description and explanation. This paper attempts to research from three aspects: semantic, syntactic and pragmatic, combining with the theory of grammaticalization and lexicalization,on the basis of "static" results, targets to expand the research scope on "dynamic", which illustrates the phenomenon of co-occurrence.This paper deals with that word co-occurrence analysis, including the distribution and co-occurrence words order.First, the distribution. Briefly describe the distribution of the words in a sentence, there are mainly three situations, the head, the middle and the end. Second, the order of co-occurrence that including adjacent co-occurrence, separated co-occurrence and special co-occurrence phenomenon.Third, analyzing the phenomena from the semantic, syntactic and pragmatic. From this paper,we can know that the co-occurrence ability of speculative words is related to their semantic, the sooner they get the semantic of speculation and the frequently used, the stronger ability they get. Some speculative words barely not have the ability because of the degree of their grammaticalization are weak.
