In Chinese language teaching,accurate,decent and standard teacher classroom language,which not only helps to complete the teaching tasks,but also helps to set up good examples for students.Therefore,teacher classroom language plays an important role in Chinese classroom teaching.With the establishment of Confucius institutes(classrooms)in more and more countries,there are more and more Chinese learners all over the world.Every year,Hanban selects a large number of Chinese teacher volunteers to teach Chinese overseas.Chinese teacher volunteers have become an important part of overseas Chinese teacher.It is particularly important to ask volunteer teachers to pay attention to teaching with reasonable and efficient classroom language,so as to improve students' learning effect and the quality of overseas Chinese teaching.Based on theory and practice.First investigated 227 Chinese language teacher volunteers who teach in different countries(regions)by questionnaire to know their teaching situation and classroom language.Then,by the interview and the classroom video analysis,to show the teaching case of several volunteer teachers,summarize and analyze the classroom language.At the same time,two complete classroom videos of volunteer teachers were selected,transcribed and analyzed.Through questionnaire and case analysis,it is found that there are two problems.First,from the training of Chinese teacher volunteers,the training of volunteer teachers is not comprehensive,and the training way are also insufficient.Then from Chinese volunteer teachers themselves,not enough emphasis on classroom language volunteer teachers,there are some problems in the use of classroom language,such as the effects of classroom language use vary greatly among different volunteer teachers,too little Chinese in the class,many Chinese volunteer teachers show bad language habits.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the strategies to optimize the Chinese language in the classroom from two aspects: the training of Chinese language teacher volunteers and the use of Chinese language teacher volunteers.It is hoped that,firstly,Chinese teachers can realize the importance of classroom language,and secondly,volunteer teachers can optimize the use of classroom language.It is hoped that the volunteer teachers can use the classroom language reasonably and efficiently,and finally form their own style.
