Under the background of all kinds of languages mingled in the world, the Chinese learners are increasing obviously. According to the annual development reports from the Confucius Institute,there are almost 495 Confucius Institutes in the world at the present time. The date shows that if it can be well developed by the such kind of developing trend, the Chinese language learners all over the world will be expected to exceed to 100 million. In order to ensure the permanent and sustainable development of Chinese teaching in foreign countries and to continue to strengthen the spread and broaden the width of Chinese teaching, the increase of Chinese learners and lack of Chinese teachers will be solved urgently. The national HanBan established the “The Volunteer Center for Chinese Teachers” to select and send many Chinese teachers to foreign countries to teaching Chinese.The volunteers have to receive the related courses studying and training that is held by HanBan before sending. From the perspective of training purpose and significance in a short time, there is a closed relationship between the volunteers’ self-quality and the improvement of their teaching skills, so carrying the later teaching work will be influenced by the former training. So the importance of training is self-evident.The article in view of the predecessors’ training experience and combines the reality of contemporary International Chinese teaching, it starts from the history promotion for Chinese language, and it analyses or compares different explorations about Chinese training in different periods to summarize the advancement and advantage that current Chinese language volunteer teachers training. Cross-wisely, we can compare the training ways that are widely accepted both at home and abroad with the ways that are carried out by HanBan from the same period. We can analyze from the theoretic and practical level about the course arrangement, training theory, practical lectures of foreign countries, it is meaningful for the later volunteer training. At the same time, the author of the article will track and questionnaire about the training courses in different countries. In order toexplore the training work deeply and improve the practical value, it can provide the convenience and reference for the later training work.
