In recent years, the rapid development of Chinese language, the world' s demand for learning Chinese is still very strong, its international scale and speed has attracted the attention of the media and the community, "Chinese fever"popular in the world at the same time, the international Chinese teachers demand is also increasing. In order to actively promote Chinese, promote the spread of Chinese and Chinese culture overseas,and deepen mutual understanding between China and other countries in the world, the Chinese Hanban has launched the Chinese Teacher Volunteer Program to deliver a large number of talents to teach Chinese all over the world. In order to improve the overall quality and adaptability of overseas volunteers, so that it can be more quickly into the teaching life of any country, the Hanban to overseas volunteers to provide a number of on-the-job training, this article is for overseas Chinese volunteers The paper aims to promote the construction of volunteer team of Chinese teachers, improve the quality of teachers, promote the promotion of Chinese international education, and provide teaching for overseas Chinese teachers volunteer,overseas survival,cross-cultural communication,etc. Multi-faceted guidance to help them improve their classroom teaching ability, to avoid volunteers in a strange environment, mental health and other issues.This paper is divided into five parts.
