An Investigation On The Gap Between The Training Of Volunteers By Hanban And The Actual Teaching Demands In Latin America

The international Chinese Teacher Volunteers(hereinafter referred to as "volunteers")have been existed as the important group of overseas Chinese teaching teams,which we can not ignored.What is more,majorities of the volunteers are fresh graduates o graduates students on studying without rich teaching experiences.More and more far sighted personages pay attention to the studies how to help the volunteers quickly getting the skills of teaching Chinese to these foreigners,playing the nice role of Chinese Teacher Volunteer,accomplishing their missions successfully.This thesis collected the informations by making a investigation on Chinese teachers volunteers in Latin America and talking with some of them.The writer made efforts to analyze the situations of Chinese teaching in Latin America,the demanding of Chinese teaching volunteers as well as the feedback informations and suggestions for Hanban training.According to these investigations combined the writer's own experiences,the writer gives seven suggestions for the volunteer teacher training of Hanban: 1,insist on improving the capacity of teaching Chinese to the foreigners;2,provide more targeted training for the volunteers;3,focus on practical teaching training;4,pay attention to the training of the foreign language;5,establish a truly effective team of training teachers;6,establish a platform for the volunteers sharing their life and work and seeking help;7,establish the training-system while working.Hope that those suggestions would really do good effects on the training of volunteer Chinese teachers in Latin America,Han ban would provide more active and effective training for the volunteers,helping them better qualified for the Chinese teaching and promoting sustainable development of Chinese international education.
