Teaching Chinese Writing to Foreigner Students is an important part of Chinese Teaching. However, Chinese Writing teaching got few attention in present. And the research of this subject is still weak, not mention the research of Syntactic Errors in Chinese Written Expressions. Thus, basing on the theory of Chinese Writing Teaching and Cognitive Linguistic, we analyzed the Russian students' Chinese written expressions. Besides, we also applied the methods of Error analysis, Constrastive Analysis, Interlanguage Analysis. During the analyzing, we found that the Russian students' errors contains four types, which are syntactic constituents errors, simple sentence patterns using errors, connective of complex sentences using errors and sentence meaning expressing errors. And the major reasons are the negative transfer of Russian Syntactic and over-generalization. In order to solve these errors, we put forwards several workable methods, such as knowledge first, order comparison, situational response, generalization and summerization, questions first and logic training.
