Comparative sentences with “bi” is an important part of Chinese comparative sentences, the frequency of use of these sentences is also very high. However, as it has various kinds of structures, and these structures are also very different from the comparative sentences of Bengali, beginner and intermediate level's Bangladeshi Chinese learners tends to make a variety of mistakes while using these comparative sentences. On the basis of the errors occurred by the Bangladeshi students, this research tried to find out the acquisition situation of Chinese comparative sentences with “bi”.This research was conduct on 50 beginner and intermediate level's Bangladeshi Chinese learners who are currently studying or studied in China. This paper observed the use of five affirmative and one negative form of comparative sentences with "bi”. They are "A +bi +B + adjective", "A +bi +B + adjective + precise quantitative complement /a little /a few / much", "A+ bi+ B + verb + complement", "A bi B + verb / Modal verb + object "," A + bi +B + even more/ even(adverb) + Adjective" and "A +(negative form) + B...... so / so....... " etc. Through the form of questionnaire survey we collected the errors Bangladeshi students tend to make while using these sentence structures. And after recognizing the error types Bangladeshi students made we analyzed the reasons of occurring such errors in details and through the comparative analysis of Bengali and Chinese language we tried to find out the main reasons behind the occurrence of those errors. In accordance with the characteristics of errors we came to the conclusion that the main causes of those errors are, the influence of student's native language, complexity of target language and lack of specified teaching materials for Bangladeshi students. On the basis of analysis of the reasons we provided some teaching suggestions specified for Bangladeshi students.
