The history of human being's discrimination against "lies" is almost as long as the history of human civilization. Since the early 20 th century the polygraph instrument was invented to use, now in various countries, the use of polygraph technology is not limited to combat criminal field, but has been spread to the political, economic and other fields. The using demand of the polygraph instrument continues to expand. It has achieved good results in the practical application, but also caused a series of ethical issues. Polygraph technique and its conclusion has both a high accuracy and practical value, but at the same time, some of the basic rights of human, such as dignity, personal privacy, personal and spiritual freedom have infringed. This paper, from the perspective of ethics and sociology, interpret and analyze this series of ethical issues. In the first part, in the actual use of the case, combing the development process of polygraph technology in China, I study the technology development trend in our country and clarify its development situation; secondly, the debate of using of polygraph technology and its conclusion in the practice and the ethical dilemma it caused at present are deeply analyzed; thirdly, analyzes and discusses the ethical problems of using polygraph technology generated in the process of research and application, and to explore the ethical analysis of social influence on the cause, and the preliminary use of polygraph technology ethics limit are summarized, and some immature and fresh suggestions on those ethical principles it should be based on are given, to enable us to apply this technology in a better way, and also to solve the ethical dilemma.
