Myanmar is aneighbor country of China;their mountains and rivers areinterconnected each other.There learning chinese has been popular in recent years because one can have a chance for sustainable development for their future opportunities.ifthey know the Chinese language.As a result,lots of chinese schools are indeed necessary for those people in the north of Myanmar.Therefore,Fu Qing Confucius Classroom has opend several branches in Myanmar.Those branches not only teach Chinese language but also send the outstanding students who pass the HSK" exam,to China for further studies.The morebranches it has the more local expatriate teachers are needed.We has been sending thelocal expatriate teachers to the branches since 2010.Those expatriate teachersare essertial for the development of Chinese language and the assocation of local teachers in Myanmar.The main objective of my research is to study in details local expatriate teachers such as their person experiences and what they want to do in their future.I did those through questionnaires,personal interviews method,statistical analysis,the employment situation in Myanmar local expatriate teachers,expatriate life,the future development trend,etc.depth investigation and research.The study found that the northern part of Myanmar expatriate teachers currently teaching distributed in 36 points,a total of nearly 47 local teachers to undertake more than 3,000 students in the task of teaching.In terms of the quality of practitioners,local expatriate teachers with high plasticity,a better understanding of the cultural characteristics than the average person;in teaching,local expatriate teachers generally young people are more and more women,who in their daily lives to the Myanmar language,teacher the level needs to be high,did not participate in "HSK" examination of the Sino-Myanmar teach more,we need to impose teaching training courses.Research indicates that although currently the local expatriate teachers Myanmar played a big role,but also face the problem of teachers and textbooks instability,loss of students and the like.To solve these problems,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
