Teaching Chinese as a foreign language has developed just for decades. Thousands of Chinese materials have been published, but the number of top-quality materials is still deficient. To judge a Chinese material, we always take its articles and grammas into consideration. Also, there is a close relationship between the quality of a material and its exercises.This article will make a analytical research in two initial comprehensive materials, including Happy Chinese (Korean Version)(I) and Daily Life Chinese. This article is divided into six parts:the first part is the introduction, which engaged in the review of this study, significance, target and method; the second part is comparative analysis of the practice quantity of two teaching materials; the third part is exercises topic comparative analysis from the understanding of exercises, imitation memory exercises, intelligence development exercises, and communicative exercises four aspects; The fourth part is analysis of two teaching materials from the language knowledge and language skills; the fifth part are several ideals about material exercises; The sixth part is conclusion.The purpose of this article is through the comparison of Chinese teaching material of the two countries, to obtain some relevant teaching practice setting of comprehension, hoping to help Chinese teachers to supply some effective exercises.
