Overseas Chinese are the positive disseminators of Chinese civilization, and their development of Chinese Education carrying their infinite hopes is related to the continuation of Chinese culture abroad.Known as the "Overseas Hope Project",overseas Chinese Education is a mirror, and closely related to politics, economy as well as culture. At the same time, it is an indispensable and important factor to ethnic cultural heritage.As the distinctive part of the overseas Chinese Education, Chinese Education in Philippines has a long history for more than one hundred years, with its unique development. Chinese Education in the Philippines has its budding period and prosperity of the postwar. Implement Movement of Filipinolization policy for Chinese Education by President Ferdinand Marcos, which holds back the development of Chinese national culture, has an extremely profound influence on Chinese Education in the Philippines.Taking on Chinese Education in this period as the research object, the author analyzes concretely specific social conditions, Chinese Education policy during the period of transition, and the policy of Chinese school system. Also,the author analyses the influence of these policies on Chinese course content and the hours, teaching materials used by students and students' identity, making us better understand today's Chinese Education in the Philippines decline revival in the situation.By studying Marcos government influence on today's Chinese Education,the article analyzes the current Chinese Education of the teachers, teaching materials, students,families,language environment and other problems, hoping for providing reference to researchers and convenience to the promotion of Chinese culture and Chinese in the Philippines.
