| Process to speed up the popularization of higher education development in our country,the rapid development of higher vocational colleges.But because most of the short history of running in higher vocational colleges,incomplete management system,the low quality of students’ background,the relatively low social recognition and employment quality is poor,compared with the ordinary university students,vocational students bear greater psychological pressure,especially self-abased psychology is more outstanding,has seriously affected the healthy development of higher vocational students.This research to higher vocational students’ inferiority complex as the breakthrough point,the inferiority on the basis of summarizing the research status at home and abroad,through the questionnaire survey and case depth interview,analyze the types,characteristics and causes of vocational students’ inferiority,probe into its internal mechanism.On this basis,the construction of higher vocational students inferiority,psychological intervention mechanism to the development of higher vocational schoolsand students health success has important function and meaning.This study ranking,according to the proportion of the number of students,school discipline characteristic three criteria to choose four representative in shaanxi vocational colleges(shaanxi defence industry professional technology institute,xi’an institute of technology of profession of aviation,shaanxi industrial vocational and technical college and shaanxi vocational college of art)as the research object,USES the questionnaire survey and case interview method,concludes the four types of self-abased psychology for higher vocational students: environmental factors inferiority type,motivation and expecting too much inferior type,excessive concluded that insufficient ability inferior type,type of character cowardice inferiority;Get five self-abased psychology for higher vocational students characteristics: universality,crisis,sensitivity,conceal and situational;Build model of inferiority psychological stress,and deduce the vocational students’ inferiority complex formation mechanism: after life events stimulating source effects on individuals,individual cognitive appraisal,coping styles and social support,personality traits such as intermediary variable causes individual inferiority complex.Vocational students’ inferiority complex internal mechanism of exploration results have certain theoretical significance.According to this study self-abased psychology traits formation mechanism,put forward the higher vocational students inferiority psychological intervention mechanism:(1)preventive intervention mechanism.Strengthen the psychological crisis,to develop special self-abased psychology education;To cultivate students mature psychological defense mechanism;Improve the students’ frustration tolerance.(2)response to intervention mechanism.Cultivate a good family environment,open family psychological support system;Schools to strengthen psychological health education,constructs the inferior students psychological support system;Guide the positive social impact,increase the social support of vocational students.(3)individual and group tracking intervention mechanism.The intervention mechanism of higher vocational colleges and the student management work has a certain practical significance. |
