Chinese is a kind of language which has no morphological change and parts of speech as English and Mongolian.However,it uses words order and function words to express the relevant grammatical meanings.Chinese prepositions are function words which have complicated meanings.it is always a tough problems for Mongolian students to acquire Chinese prepositions.This thesis analyses the evidence prepositions “an,an zhao,yi zhao,ju,gen ju,yi ju,ping”,and researching of The reasons why they frequently make such mistakes.Mongolian students' acquisition of Chinese preposition are mainly based on the dynamic corpus of compositions by HSK of Beijing Language and Culture University.The common mistakes of Mongolian students in learning Chinese prepositions.The reasons why they frequently make such mistakes can be found in the following ways like lack of attention,mother-tongue interference and negative transfer of target language,ect.In order to improve the teaching of Mongolian students' acquisition of Chinese prepositions;First of all,Provide diverse exercises and more specific Mongolian notes to the preposition.Second,try various and compound teaching methods like,comparative teaching methods,grammar translation way situation based teaching and context analysis teaching,ect.Third,pay more attention to the learning strategy of Mongolian students and make full use of the target language environment.By surveying and studying the situation of Mongolian students' acquisition of Chinese evidence prepositions,the author antiquates the possible problems the learners would encounter and provides relevant suggestions on teaching methods and emphasizes the importance as well as further need of study in this field.
