In the period of the Republic of China,the cause of the middle school library began to rise.Both the Northern Warlords Government and the Nanjing national government clearly stipulated that the library must be set up in the middle school.From the beginning of twentieth Century to the middle of 40 s,the development of high school library has experienced nearly forty years of ups and downs,the ebb and flow of the tide,in the process,the effect of the high school library is not good.The confinement of the old educational idea,the burning of the domestic war and the shortage of education funds,all have a great impact on the development of the middle school library.The period of the Republic of China,library and educational circles elite continuous sound,give advice and suggestions for middle school library construction,their voice and initiative to change the middle school education in modern middle school library,library,and even the whole dilemma,spare no effort,their spirit is worth learning,constructive suggestion worthy of us to learn.The middle school library in the Republic of China construction thought as the main research object,put forward many factors is the study of library circles and educational circles on the development of middle school library construction suggestions on the careful classification,comparison and summary of characteristics.The paper is composed of seven parts: value,fund,organization,book purchasing,book management,construction equipment,reading instruction,etc.The introduction part,explains the reasons of selecting the topic,the middle school library in the period of Republic of China issues the academic history,the research of the topic,focuses only on the estimated number of 1934 middle school library,there are a few scholars on the study of middle school library in the Republic of china.Therefore,the research value of this topic is to fill the gaps in academic circles.Therefore,the research value of the selected topic is to fill the blank of the academic circle.Mining scholar of the republic of China to the middle school libraryconstruction meaningful Suggestions proposed by the authors to provide reference for today's middle school library construction.Then,elaborated in this paper,the historical data collection,and research in the process of advantages and disadvantages.The first chapter analyzes the students,so that the hearts of others.The second chapter analyzes the scholars' suggestions on the funding of the middle school library.Scholars first analyze the dilemma of the resources of the secondary school library,followed by a solution,they asked the library funds have an independent status,and from the expenditure,the proportion of the proposed allocation of reasonable recommendations.And actively expand the source of funding.In general,around the "source of the source" of the purpose of this proposed feasibility.The third chapter analyzes the opinions of the system has flaws,is bound to affect the construction aim.The scholars design a sound system of textbook selection,procurement staff,analyzes the positive influence of different books for middle school students,the recommendedbibliography reading for middle school students,the objective to promote the development of middle school library collection.The fifth chapter,the author gives some suggestions on the library management.One is the book classification and cataloguing,scholars of other mining book classification characteristics,personalized,different situation of middle school library collection,use the convenience of librarians and readers to search tools.The two is the circulation of books,books,books and scholars from the general registration preservation,borrow books and other school.The seventh chapter analyzes the scholars' suggestions on the reading instruction of middle school students.Middle school students reading ability is not optimistic,scholars require librarians,teachers,students and the school four parties perform their duties,to improve the reading ability of middle school students to make efforts.Librarians to strengthen the book finishing and promotion,teachers guide students to study methods and recommended classroom synchronization of extracurricular reading,students must play a subjective initiative,the school from the overall planning point of view,the library science knowledge into the teaching system,allthese will be conducive to Enhance the reading ability of middle school students,self-learning ability,and promote the comprehensive development of middle school students' moral and intellectual property.In this paper,through interdisciplinary research,combined with a variety of analysis methods,this paper analyzes various suggestions of experts and scholars in library circles and educational circles of the Republic of China proposed to the middle school library were analyzed,the characteristics of mining the views of scholars,scholars opinions and positive value certainly produced positive influence on the school libraries in the Republic of China,and to provide reference for today the school library's suggestions.
