In Korea,many Confucius Institutes have mixed students who have different backgrounds.Students conclude college students,housewives and businessmen.When they are in the same class,how to meet everyone's learning demand,adapt to various learning style at the same time is a big challenge for teachers of Chinese.Based on the Chinese intermediate oral class in Confucius Institute at Chungnam University in Korea,this paper investigates and analyzes the learning motivation,needs and learning styles of different background students through questionnaires and interviews.Then we will design the class and practice it according to the results of the questionnaires,which in order to find suitable teaching methods for mixed class.This article consists of five chapters,as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,analyzes and puts forward the realistic background of this subject,and expounds the research value and significance of the topic.Summarize and sort out the various subjects related to the subject and monograph,with a view to make up for the gaps in the field.Finally,the content and research methods of this paper are introduced.The second chapter analyzes the teaching object and the individual differences of the learners.The third chapter is the overall design of the course,such as teaching objectives,teaching strategies,teaching progress,classroom language selection,error correction strategy and the classroom activities of the design and Principles and so on.The fourth chapter is the teaching design of sub-class,under the guidance of the overall design,analysis of teaching materials,select one lesson,detailed and specific design of the teaching program.The fifth chapter is the implementation of feedback and program optimization.At the end of the semester,teaching programs will be adjusted and optimized based on the students' feedback and reflection.Then the teaching program will be applied to the parallel classroom for testing.
