Study On The Supply Of Rural Public Cultural Services In Jiangsu,Fengxian County

Culture is the blood of a nation,the spiritual homeland of the people and the soul of a nation.Cultural prosperity is national prosperity,strong culture is national strong,cultural confidence is national confidence.However,the national policy of taking economic development as the center of our country has caused the level of cultural development to lag far behind the economic development,so that the national quality is relatively low,the innovation ability is insufficient,and the economic development of our country has lost its stamina and has no rise of culture.The great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation will not be possible.Jiangsu is a big economic province of our country.In recent years,it has also paid more attention to cultural construction and has made remarkable achievements.However,the economy of northern Jiangsu is relatively weak,and as an underdeveloped region,Subei Fengfeng is located in Jiangsu Province.This is especially true of counties.Poverty only pays attention to economic development.People often restrict the content and form of cultural development in order to save limited material resources,which makes the development of rural culture in Fengxian lag behind the development of southern Jiangsu obviously.The development of rural culture is the requirement of economic development and the meaning of rejuvenating China and realizing the great rejuvenation of the nation.This paper will discuss the supply of rural public cultural services in Fengxian County,Jiangsu Province,including the supply of rural public cultural products and the financial investment.The talent training and policy guarantee mechanism and the people's satisfaction with the local public cultural service supply are analyzed and studied from the above aspects,and the problems existing in the Fengxian rural public cultural service supply system are analyzed and studied,and the theory of public products is used.The new public service theory puts forward effective countermeasures to perfect the rural cultural service supply system in order to promote the rural cultural service to meet the needs of the local people.This paper has five parts altogether: the first part is the introduction part,mainly carries on the elaboration to the research background and the significance,including the domestic and foreign research achievement,the research goal,the content and the method;The second part is mainly to define and explain the theory and technical terms involved in the article.The third part mainly studies the present situation of the supply of rural public cultural services in Fengxian.According to the official data of the government and the situation of field investigation,we find the problems,such as insufficient supply of rural cultural products,sufficient financial investment,lack of professional personnel,low satisfaction of villagers and so on.The fourth part is based on the third part.Problems are analyzed,such as the lack of laws and regulations,financial constraints,recruitment difficulties,cultural products supply imbalance;the fifth part proposes the solution to the lack of a reasonable supply of public cultural services in rural areas of Fengxian County,including perfecting the system of regulations and policies,strengthen personnel training and the introduction of efforts to increase financial support and the supply of cultural aspects of the technology innovation.To promote the revitalization of rural culture is an effective way to realize rural revitalization.This paper holds that it is not overnight to meet the needs of villagers for public culture in economically underdeveloped areas,but the government and villagers are needed.With the long-term efforts of grass-roots organizations in rural areas,the construction of rural culture will be gradually improved in the continuous development of rural economy,and the rural economy will also develop in the continuous improvement of rural culture.The supply of rural public culture in Fengxian is a microcosm of all counties in northern Jiangsu,and the countermeasures obtained in this paper are of great significance to the counties of northern Jiangsu and the underdeveloped counties of our country.
