Research On Citizen Participation In Cultural Governance

With the third session of the Third Plenary Session of the promotion of national governance system and governance capacity of modernization,cultural governance has gradually become an important part of the national governance system.Advocating the participation of multiple subjects is the main path of cultural governance,and citizens are an important part of pluralistic subject.Citizen’s participation in cultural governance not only allows citizens to exercise cultural rights easily,but also improves cultural governance effectively.This thesis discusses the relevant theories and methods of cultural governance.Then we explores the main areas of citizen participation in cultural governance and the channels of participation.The thesis analyzes the plight of citizen participation in cultural governance and put forward the corresponding measures.This study is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.This part expounds the research background,purpose and significance of the study,combs the domestic and foreign citizens to participate in cultural governance research results,developed the content of this study framework and methods.The second part is the related concept and theoretical basis.This part defines the concept of cultural governance and citizen participation,discusses the theory of governance,citizen participation theory and civil rights theory.The third part is the area and way of citizens’ participation in cultural governance.In this part,we divide the citizen into the field of cultural governance into the field of cultural policy,public cultural service and cultural industry.And this part discussesthe theory of governance and the theory of cultural rights.The fourth part is the plight of citizen participation in cultural governance.We analyze the plight of citizens’ participation in cultural governance,and discusses the factors that the citizen participates in the subjective,institutional and institutional constraints of cultural governance.The fifth part is the choice of citizens’ participation in cultural governance.This thesis puts forward some suggestions on how to participate in cultural governance from the individual level of citizen,participation system and legal level and participation environment.
