For high school students,academic performance will not only affect their self-confidence,interpersonal relationships,but also affect their mental health.By raising the recognition of memory and improving discriminability to improve the correct rate in multiple choice for high school students their academic performance and mental health can both be improved.In this study,as a kind of mindfulness and righteousness,Orthodox ideology refers to the fact that the individual gains a lasting change.The changes include cognition,feeling and self-consciousness.The state of mind refers to the practice of mind After these changes are temporary.There is no consistent conclusion in the existing study of mindfulness and recognition memory.Most studies have focused on the effects of long-term mindful practice on memory,while only few studies have paid attention to short-term mindful practice.In this study,different length of mindful practice and learn-recognize materials were adopted to study the influence of mindful practice on recognition.Meanwhile the influencing mechanism of mindful trait on recognition were further discussed.This study included two parts:Study one took the words,meaningless letters and picturesas recognition materials,and used 2(learning conditions: test materials was learned,the test material was not learn)× 3(mindful practice time: no mindful practice,3 minutes mindful practice,10 minutes mindful practice)mixed experimental design,in which high school students were chosen as experimental,learning-recognition model were adopted.In this study,the independent variable were mindful practice time performed inter-subjects design and learning conditions performed as between-subjects designand the dependent variable were hit rate,false rate and discriminability.Study twoused non-clue recollection and recognition paradigm and 2(mindfulness trait:low and high)×2(learning conditions: learned,not learn)mixed experimental design to study the influence of mindful trait on the Chinese characters without clues,and to explore how the mindful trait influences the recognition of memory.In this study,the dependent variable were recollection correct rate and familiarity score.The conclusions can be conducted from the above studies are as follows:(1)on thecondition of mindful practice,the performance of memory recognition can be improved,and the false rate can be reduced and the discriminability can be improved.(2)the discriminability of picture is the highest,meaningless letters is the lowest,the words is the middle.(3)the positive picture showed more false rating in different effective picture recognition memory study.(4)mindful trait can influence recognition memory through familiarity.(5)mindful practice can effectively improve the level of memory which cancontribute to the improvement of mental health.
