This report is based on the book Business Analysis&Communication. The purpose of the report is to discuss how to make the translation conform to Chinese expressions by the means of all parts of speech to Chinese verbs. With rich cases and characteristic language styles, the book is fairly professional as a business work. The predicate verbs in English are always limited by grammar regulations by contrast,Chinese verbs are characterized by independence and self-sufficiency.Thus it is possible to all parts of speech to Chinese verbs in Chinese translation. In this translating practice, the author encountered a mass of cases which necessitate the conversion of parts of speech to make the translation more idiomatic. Thus, the author selected the most frequently occurring parts of speech(i.e.nouns,adjectives and prepositions)for analysis after the comparison of the structure and grammar of the two languages. The report is underpinned by Venuti's theory of domestication, especially its subordinate methods of idiomatic translation, imitation, and transliteration to realize the matching in both meaning and form between the source text and the target text. The report also suggests that regarding the use of the method, the translator should hold the principle of moderation and take into the consideration of its relevancy with source text to make an ideal translation.
