The Study Of The Profit Model Of Huayi Brothers Based On Synergism And Symbiosis

Profit model is a solid guarantee for enterprises to obtain excess profits excessively.It is the core for the future development of enterprises.Different industries face different market rules and characteristics,and the rules and characteristics of different markets will lead to different governance methods and profit model.With the continuous development of economy and information technology,people began to pursue more and more spiritual life.A large number of enterprises based on high-tech and information transmission emerge.Information technology enterprises,media companies become the active subject in the market.These emerging enterprises,with the common characteristics such as: human capital is the core competitiveness;with the "light assets" features;the shareholders contain the core managers,product attributes,brands and other roles.These characteristics determine the profit model of these enterprises is different with the one in the past.For the characteristics of emerging enterprises,its profit model in-depth study is necessary.In this context,this dissertation chooses the leader of China's private cultural media enterprises-Huayi Brothers Media Co.,Ltd.to carry out special research.It proposes innovative structure of the "internal governance symbiotic relationship ? industrial chain synergies model ? profit model ? financial performance".It is found that the cooperative and symbiotic value chain with the combination of symbiosis and cooperative industry chain is stable and efficient,and it is the driving force to obtain the sustained profit.The model of the collaborative profit chain is the real reason for the success of the brother.Through the case study of Huayi Brothers profit model,it provides some enlightenment and reference for the development of other private cultural enterprises and the improvement of their own profit model.
