Medical staff team is an important part of medical institutions.Its stability is an important factor affecting the quality of medical services,and organizational commitment is a key indicator reflecting the stability of the medical team.The study focuses on the status quo of medical staff commitment and social support,core self-evaluation of,and explores the relationship among the three.Its significance is:first,you can better understand the psychological status of medical staff to provide reliable reference to the hospital's professional psychological assistance to improve hospital management effectiveness and second,People understand the relationship among the social support,core self-evaluation and organizational commitment,and provide useful information for enriching the psychological theory of medical personnel.In this study,questionnaire survey method was used to interview 475 medical staff in 8 public hospitals in Guizhong District of Guangxi.There are such methods of statistical analysis as descriptive statistical analysis,t test,one-way ANOVA,and product-moment correlation analysis,and regression analysis used in this study.The results are as follows:(1)Medical staff in the organizational commitment and dimensions are at a moderate level;medical staff's social support is generally better than the general group,of which,their scores in the subjective support,the utilization dimension of support are significantly higher than the national norm.But there is no difference between the objective support source and the general group;the core self-evaluation of the medical staff is above average.(2)Different demographic variables have an impact on the organizational commitment,social support,and core self-evaluation of the medical staff.There are no significant differences in marital status,health technology category but with significant difference in gender,marital status,working years,education al background and classification of hospitals.There is no significant difference in the level of hospital's classification but there is significant difference in gender,marital status,the working life and the educational background.The core self-evaluation of the medical staff isn't greatly different in gender,educational background,health technology category and hospital classification but significantly different in marital status and working years.(3)Between the three variables of medical staff's social support,core self-evaluation,organizational commitment there is a significant pairwise correlation.(4)In the three dimensions of social support:support utilization,and objective support have a good ability to predict emotional commitment,and normative commitment,but social support has weak ability to continuing commitment.Core self-evaluation has a poor ability to predict continuing commitment.(5)The core self-evaluation acts as an intermediary variable.
