College-graduate village official is a new national identity under the policy,the college graduates by the relevant government departments selection and organization assessment,to rural grassroots level served as village officials.College-graduate village official policy implementation in 2005 has been ten years,the university student village official survey shows that loss rate is very high,and the college-graduate village official job dissatisfaction is closely related to many factors affecting the satisfaction of college-graduate village official work,most of the scholars have done a lot of research on the policy from the angle of sociology,but from the perspective of psychology research on the impact of the college-graduate village official of college-graduate village official work is less satisfaction,job satisfaction is the emotional reaction of the staff on the overall work of a light.Research is one-sided from an objective point of view,the author from the angle of psychology college-graduate village official job satisfaction because of subjective and objective In an integrated research,explore the subjective and objective factors on job satisfaction mechanism,it has been demonstrated that the core self evaluation,there are two cars related to the relationship between social support and job satisfaction,the author has not yet found the integration study on the relationship between the three,so the author combined with quantitative and qualitative research methods,to from the angle of psychology of core self evaluation,to explore the relationship between social support and job satisfaction.This study is mainly divided into two parts: one study,quantitative research.Through literature review,selected research topics,the Core Self-evaluation Scale(CSE),social support rating scale(SSRS),Minnesota short job satisfaction as a tool(MSQ),selected 482 college students village as the research object.Through descriptive statistics,t test,variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,testing method of intermediary role,explore college-graduate village official status and the relationship between core self evaluation,social support and job satisfaction;two.Grounded theory research selected 8 voluntary participation infurther research college-graduate village official as the research object from early in the survey the college-graduate village official,using grounded theory research method,exploring the relationship between the three and other factors to understand the impact of job satisfaction.In the two part,the main research results are as follows:(1)the core self-evaluation of college student village official is in the middle level,and there is no significant difference between different demographic variables in the core self-evaluation;(2)social support is generally lower than other occupation groups(rural teachers,staff of state-owned enterprises);job satisfaction in the middle level.From different in gender,residence,whether the only child or not,different age,different political affiliation,age and other variables in social support have significant differences in one or more dimensions;(3)the overall job satisfaction is in the middle level,and there is no significant difference in job satisfaction between different demographic variables;(4)college-graduate village official core self evaluation,social support had a significant positive correlation between job satisfaction,college-graduate village official core self-evaluation can positively predict job satisfaction;social support can predict job satisfaction;(5)social support is the mediating variable of core self-evaluation and job satisfaction;(6)the grounded theory of core self evaluation effect of encoding on job satisfaction: personality,self-efficacy;the effect of social support on job satisfaction encoding: interpersonal support,emotional sustenance;other factors of job satisfaction are: the government level,the nature of the work,local characteristics;(7)questionnaire and grounded theory differ,found that the influence of job satisfaction and social support is more objective conditions in the questionnaire,but in-depth interviews found that interpersonal relationship,emotional sustenance(subjective support)is one of the important factors affecting the job satisfaction.
