A Study On The Effect Of Cultural Consumption On Economic Growth In Henan Province

Henan Province as a central province,in recent years,the momentum of economic development is very rapid,but this development is mainly dependent on the pulling effect of investment.Under the influence of the financial crisis leading to China's economic development and the policy of "expanding domestic demand",the focus of economic development in Henan Province has fallen on the goal of stimulating consumer demand to promote the stability of economic strength.In addition,combined with the goal "cultural province" of Henan Province,the study of the impact of cultural consumption on economic growth in Henan Province has a more realistic significance.Based on the input and output table of cultural industry in Henan Province in 2007 and 2012,this paper establishes an input-output deviation analysis model to analyze the impact of cultural consumption on economic growth in Henan Province.Firstly,the cultural sector is classified according to the Classification of the National Economy and the Classification of Culture and Related Industries(2012).It is divided into ten departments,such as the press and publication services,radio and television film services,cultural and artistic services,cultural information transmission services,cultural creative and design services,cultural and recreational services,the production of arts and crafts,cultural production of auxiliary production,production of cultural goods,cultural equipment of production department.Secondly,using the 2007 and 2012 input and output table in Henan Province,in accordance with the "cultural and related industries(2012)" and the relevant cultural industry data on the relevant departments to conduct a detailed decomposition or merger classification,and in reference to the existing " Henan Province cultural industry input occupation output table in 2012" on the basis,then finally get a " Henan Province cultural industry input occupation output table in 2007 " through the calculation and transformation of a largenumber of data.Then,through the input and output of cultural industry,the paper analyzes the situation of cultural consumption and economic growth in Henan Province,including the analysis of the trend of cultural consumption in Henan Province and the contribution of consumption,investment and net outflow to the contribution of economic growth.Finally,the SDA decomposition technique is used to establish the input-output deviation analysis model,and the influence of cultural consumption on economic growth in Henan Province is analyzed empirically.This paper analyzes the influence of the final consumption demand of the cultural sector on the total output of the various departments and the society from the perspectives of rural residents' consumption,consumption of urban residents and government consumption,and compares them with other non-cultural departments.The results of this paper show that: firstly,from the deviation of the final consumption demand of the cultural sector to the output of each department,the final consumer demand for a part of the cultural industry sector output has a significant positive pull effect,which is the most positive impact is the production of cultural goods sector.For the other cultural industries,the final demand for consumption but have a certain negative pull,which negative impact of the greatest impact is the cultural creativity and design services.From the consumption situation of different subjects,the deviation of cultural consumption between rural and urban residents is quite different among different departments,and government consumption has little effect on most departments.Secondly,from the deviation of the final consumption demand of the cultural sector to the total output,the degree of deviation of the arts and crafts production sector to the total output of the whole society is 4.103%,and the contribution to the total output is the largest in all cultural industries.(4.115%)and production technology(8.094%),indicating that consumer demand in the production of arts and crafts production sector has played an important role in the development of arts and crafts.Thirdly,in the comparative analysis of the deviation between the culturalsector and the non-cultural sector,it can be found that the average positive deviation of the consumption of the rural residents in the non-cultural sector can be higher than that in the cultural sector by comparing the consumption bias of the rural residents in the cultural sector and the non-cultural sector Rural residents consumption bias is positive sector.In addition,the urban residents of the cultural consumption of the deviation is generally lower than other non-cultural sector,indicating that the cultural consumption capacity of Henan residents and economic growth than the role of other sectors of the consumer spending is still weak.From the government consumption situation,the five departments in addition to the sports and lottery sector outside the rest of the government consumption bias are positive,although the contrast of the cultural sector in the government consumption bias is not a big gap,but can see To the cultural sector in most sectors of the government consumption are expressed as negative pull effect,and whether the cultural sector or five non-cultural sector,their role in stimulating economic growth should be significantly weaker than the residents of consumption.The main technical difficulty of this paper is to construct the input and output table of cultural industry in Henan Province.The emphasis is on the use of input-output technology and SDA decomposition technology.Based on the reality of Henan Province,this paper analyzes the cultural consumption of Henan Province The impact of the empirical analysis,and proposed for the results of the proposed measures to promote cultural consumption.Among them,the establishment of "Henan Province cultural industry
