Beijing Cultural Industry Growth Effect On Economy

In recent years, cultural industries have rapid development, Beijing as the capital ofour country, has modern technology and the thousands of years of cultural heritage, soculture industry has become the Beijing economic pillar industry and the new growth point.Added value reed198.99billion Yuan in2011, accounting for12.24%of GDP, and thecontinuing rise in the share of GDP in2015is expected to reach15%. The cultural industryis an emerging high-value-added industry. There is a strong impetus to the economicgrowth and industrial structure optimization.This paper research the cultural industry’s connotation, characteristics and relatedtheory. And through the latest data, by analyzing the current development of the culturalindustry, come to the current situation, weakness and future trends of cultural industries.This paper main purpose is to demonstrate the cultural industry’s effects on economicgrowth, by a lot of empirical analysis, to study the effect of cultural industry to economicgrowth, through aggregate analysis and structural analysis. First, using the statistics of thepast eight years of the Beijing Bureau of Statistics to carry out the total analysis, but thestatistical time is too short, you cannot model, but the scatterplot clearly shows the totaleffect of the economic growth of the cultural industry.Secondly, use the input-output method to analyze the structural impact of the culturalindustry, to analyze cultural industry’s economic effects of the agriculture industry, theconstruction industry (removal of the culture industry), the tertiary industry (removal of thecultural industry) and the cultural industry. Through direct distribution coefficient, thedirect consumption coefficient, complete consumption coefficient, the influence and theinfluence coefficient, sensitivity and sensitivity coefficients and production inducedcoefficient to analyze the development of the cultural industry and economic growth.Through normative and empirical analysis, we finally conclude Beijing culturalindustry development trends and policy recommendations. This paper argues that, with thedevelopment of economic and cultural industry, cultural industry will fuse with otherindustry to get further development, and Beijing cultural industry has the potential tobecome Beijing’s first pillar industry. Combined the Beijing development status and facingreality, I try to give policy recommendations to the development Beijing cultural industries.
