| No matter in China or abroad,radio and television industry is regarded as the core industry of cultural industries,which plays an important role in a country's economy and culture.Against the backdrop of China's ambition to continuously intensify the development of cultural industries and upgrade the industrial structure and consumption structure,the radio and television industry plays a more and more obviously contribution to China's economy,whether from direct or indirect perspective.Studying of the economic effects of the radio and television industry will not only help to comprehensively clarify its economic contribution at the practical level,put forward the policy recommendations for the optimal development of the radio and television industry,but also help to further enrich the economic analysis of the radio and television industry at the theoretical level,Expand the field of the application of input-output technology.Based on the latest release of China 's input-output table in 2012,this paper analyzed the upstream and downstream industry relations,industry relevance,economic benefit and inter-industry spillover effect of the radio and television industry from the perspective of industry chain.First of all,according to "classification of national economic industry" and "cultural and related industries classified(2012)",this paper divided the radio and television industry into three departments: radio and television manufacturing,radio and television services,radio and television equipment wholesale industry.Secondly,by using the input-output technology,this paper construct the input and output table of 43 departments.Due to lack of statistics of cultural and it's related industries in 2012 and Considering the relatively stable characteristics of the structural changes in the neighboring years.By using the Radio and Television industry's inputand output table of 2013 and a lot of data calculation and conversion work,this paper split and merged the 139 sectors' input and output table of 2012 and build the 43 sectors' input and output table.Then,started the discussion of the radio and television industry economic system from the perspective of the industrial chain and the results(direct consumption coefficient,full consumption coefficient,influence coefficient,inductance coefficient,forward and backward complete efficiency)of the calculation of the radio and television industry.Finally,this paper calculated the spillover effect by using the method of decomposition of input-output model.Then,the spillover effects of other industries on the radio and television industry and the spillover effect of the radio and television industry on other departments were obtained,and a comparative analysis of the spillover effect was carried out.The data show that: First of all,on the industry relations side,among three sub-sectors of the radio and television industry,the influence coefficient of the radio and television manufacturing industry is 1.382,greater than 1.Inductance coefficient of the three sectors of the radio and television industry are less than 1,of which radio and television equipment wholesale industry,the inductance coefficient close to 1,is 0.905.Analysis of the influence coefficient can be seen,radio and television manufacturing industry has been to promote the role of the economy stronger.Radio and television services industry and radio and television equipment wholesale industry on the national economy have not played a greater role in promoting,While the results of the degree of inductance coefficient show that the three sectors of the radio and television industry to promote the role of the national economy is limited.Secondly,in terms of economic efficiency,the average direct economic efficiency coefficient of all sectors of society is 0.149,among which the direct economic efficiency coefficient of radio and television service industry and radio and televisionequipment wholesale industry is 0.214,0.447 respectively.The average backward economic efficiency of all departments in the society is 0.417,and the backward economic benefits of the radio and television manufacturing industry and the radio and television equipment wholesale industry is 0.437 and 0.583 respectively.The direct economic efficiency coefficient and the backward complete efficiency show that the growth of the radio and film industry can play a significant role in promoting the increase of social and economic benefits.But in the forward complete efficiency,the situation of the radio and television industry is not optimistic about the three sectors.Thirdly,in the aspect of spillover effect,the spillover effects of radio and television manufacturing industry,radio and television service industry and radio and television equipment wholesale industry to other industries are 0.088,0.099 and 0.069 respectively.The external spillover effect of radio and television manufacturing industry is lower than that of the secondary industry sector.The external spillover effect of radio and television service industry and radio and television equipment is also lower than that of the tertiary industry.But other industries on the radio and television manufacturing industry,radio and television service industry and radio and television equipment wholesale industry spillover effects are 2.976,1.305,0.806.Which only radio and television equipment wholesale industry by other industries spillover effect is lower than the average of tertiary industry sector by other industry spillover effect.Analysis of the spillover effect can be seen,the radio and television industry,the overall external spillover capacity is not strong,but generally have a strong ability to sensor,driven by the needs of other industries more obvious.In addition,in the tertiary industry service sector,the radio and television service industry's external spillover capacity is slightly higher than the Public administration,social security and social organization,education,health and social work and other public service sector.The main technical difficulty of this paper is to construct the input and output table of the 43 departments of radio and television industry,focusing on the radio and television industry in the national economy system as a whole to consider,from the perspective of the industry to conduct a comprehensive economic analysis.This research method can provide some reference for the future study of the economic contribution of an important industrial sector in the national economy.The lack of this paper is that there is no comparative discussion on the economic effects of the radio and film industry and other sectors of the cultural industry. |
