Chinese Homophone is not only a cultural phenomenon,but also a language phenomenon.Homophone is a language phenomenon that expresses different meanings by using the characteristics of sound.It is frequently used in verbal and nonverbal communication.However,homophone as the essence of Chinese and Chinese culture has not been the corresponding attention in the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.In addition,homophonic words is not an unique phenomenon of Chinese.It exists not only in Chinese,but also in other languages in the world.But we do not rule out the absence of such phenomena in some languages.Chinese culture and homophone is closely related,we can find these nearly everywhere,from the ancestral worship to the daily life.Homophonic words can be described as a shining pearl in Chinese culture,it is a microcosm of Chinese culture.This article mainly studies the teaching of homophonic words in Chinese as a foreign language,and aims to provide some practical information for teacher in practical teaching.The introduction part summarizes the similarities,existing problems and shortcomings of homophonic research at home and abroad,and puts forward the specific methods and innovative research directions of this paper.The first chapter simply analyzes the definition,classification and cultural connotation of the existing Chinese homonym,points out the necessity of homophonic words in teaching Chinese as a foreign language,and expounds the author's intention to adopt the classification standard and cultural connotation and the reason.The second chapter uses the form of economic and practical questionnaires,to carry on the detailed investigation and the analysis to the junior,the intermediate and the senior students,and finds out the main problems and influencing factors in the study of homophonic words.The third chapter is based on the questionnaire survey and the level of the primary level of students to do the contrast,writing for the senior students in the teaching design.In the fourth chapter,according to the effect of teaching design and the experience of classroom observation,the author tries to put forward some preliminary suggestions on the teaching of homophonic words in Chinese as a foreign language.The conclusion part summarizes the creative attempt made in this paper,and analyzes the shortcomings of the research.Teaching Chinese as a foreign language is not only a lingual teaching but also a cultural teaching.Cultural learning requires the accumulation of certain language skills,especially in the study of homophonic culture.Homophonic need to be not related to the original voice,Chinese characters and things to contact,association,If the students do not have a certain language foundation,they can not really understand the meaning.Therefore,the teaching of homophonic culture is more appropriate to arrange in the advanced stage of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,but for the weak primary school students in China should also be the basic teaching,through simple and intuitive pictures and teaching aids to explain homophonic words.In short,the use of homophonic teaching in teaching Chinese as a foreign language has a lot of inspiration for classroom teaching and textbook preparation.It is an effective teaching method for teaching Chinese as a foreign language,and it is worthy of further study of Chinese as a foreign language researcher.
