| With the development of science and technology,the improvement of economic level and the development of society,Our living environment is changing rapidly,this requires the individual to have good ability to adapt.The school is an important place for the life of primary school children,the adaptability of school is closely related to its development.It has become an important research topic for scholars from all walks of life to strengthen the theoretical study of school adjustment of primary school students,to explore the influencing factors of school adaptation and the effective measures to improve the level of school adaptation.Adaptation is the result of the interaction between the individual and the environment,and the development of the individual can not be separated from the influence of the environment.Based on this,based on the existing research results,this study from the perspective of ecology,aims to explore the relationship between the class environment,shyness and school adaptation level and the characteristics of the three,and to improve the level of children’s school to put forward some suggestions.By using the method of questionnaire survey,33 classes of grade three,grade four,grade five and grade six in the primary schools of Ji’nan and Taiyuan a total of 1410 children were selected as the research object,Shyness Scale of children,My class questionnaire,Junior high school adaptation questionnaire as the research tool,SPSS17.0 and HLM as the statistical software to analyze the characteristics of school adjustment,shyness,class environment and the relationship between the three.Preliminary results are:(1)There are significant gender differences in elementary school adaptation and its dimensions,which is shown as the level of adaptation of girls is better than boys.There are significant grade differences in school emotion and attitude,teacher-student relationship and academic adaptation.In the emotion and attitude to the school,the fourth grade is significantly higher than that five and sixth grade;In the teacher-student relationship,the fourth grade is significantly higher than that five and sixth grade,and the three grade is significantly higher than that sixth grade;In addition,in terms of academic adaptation,the fourth grade is significantly higher than that third,five,sixth grade.(2)There was no significant gender difference in shyness.However,there are significant grade differences in social withdrawal and self-restriction of performance.Specifically,in thetwo aspects of communication withdrawal and the total score of shyness showed that the level of grade four was significantly lower than that of the grade three,grade five,grade three,in the performance of the self limiting dimension showed that showed that the three grade is significantly higher than that sixth grade.(3)there are significant gender differences in students perception of classroom environment,female students perceived teacher-student relationship,the relationship between students and order and discipline are significantly higher than boys;Boys were significantly higher than girls in the dimensions of competition and learning burden.Cluster analysis of the 5 dimensions of class environment can be classified into the following 4 types:positive type,general type,problem type,harmonious type.(4)There was a significant negative correlation between shyness and school adaptation.There are significant negative correlation between the teacher-student relationship,the relationship between students and the discipline of the order and the shyness,but there was a significant positive correlation with school adaptation.At the same time,perceived competitive climate and learning burden were significantly positively correlated with shyness,but negatively correlated with school adjustment.(5)Zero model(model 1)test found that there are differences in the level of school adaptation,the difference of the level of school adaptation caused by different classes accounted for 11.8%.The random regression model(model 2)showed that shyness had a significant negative predictive effect on school adaptation under the control of gender.The slope model(model 3)found that the relationship between students can weaken the negatively prediction between the shyness and school adjustment;the burden of learning can enhance the negatively prediction between the shyness and school adjustment.However teacher-student relationship,discipline,and competition cannot moderator the relationship between the shyness and school adjustment. |
