Based On The Rational Existence Of Traditional Family And Clan Rules Explore Its Modern Transformation Of The Moral Educational Thoughts

The traditional family and clan rules produced in the farming society that was based upon the peasant economy. With the rapid process of information and internet, many concepts and ideas that originated from clan rules have been outdated, meanwhile they have lost the original historical value in the modern society. However, the ancient clan rules have elucidated the deep meaning,such as the abstract value "benevolence","righteousness" and so on, which still can possess the creative explanation and the modern transformation to show their contemporary significance.It is not difficult to find that, by arranging the connotation and development process of the traditional family and clan rules, which indicate the consciousness and ideology about the ruling class, meanwhile, showing the development trend with standardization,systematization etc. These rules are provided with the implemented protection by the families and clans’ binding force, which is developing and innovating in the stability of the feudal system.The traditional family and clan rules which are the unified medium of national, social and individual consciousness, always imperceptibly maintain the feudal order.
