With the rapid development of society, people pay more and more attention to psychosomatic health. Sleep is a basic indicator as a measure of health, arousing people's attention. At present, more and more people are affected by sleep disturbance. It has affected people's attention, memory, mood and work efficiency, etc. Previous studies have indicated that many factors will affect the quality of sleep, but from the perspective of psychology to explore the research of sleep quality is still rare.In recent years, due to the rise of mindfulness practice, the study of mindfulness and the sleep quality also is increasing. But the underlying mechanism remains to be further research.So this study took inner peace as an entry point to explore the mindfulness effect to college students, and tried to study how the effect can be realized.The main purpose for study was to explore the relationship mindfulness, inner peace and the quality of sleep. The research used the snowball sampling, and tested 597 subjects by using self-compiled The Mindfulness Questionnaire, Peace of Mind and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index. All data were analyzed by T-test of Independent, Pearson Correlation,Regression Analysis and Structure Equation Model (SEM).1. College students' mindfulness and inner peace is at a medium level,and some factors have significant differences in some demographic variables;2.There is a significant correlation between College Students' mindfulness, inner peace and the equality of sleep of two variables;3 .Mindfulness has negative prediction on inner peace and the quality of sleep respectively;4.College students' mindfulness through the inner peace affects the equality of sleep,inner peace played a completely mediating role between mindfulness and the quality of sleep of university students.
