The Intermediate Speaking Course for Chinese as a Foreign Language is one of the required courses for Chinese learners to learn Chinese. The spoken language expression of Chinese learners is also an important criterion to measure Chinese proficiency, and it is also an important criterion to measure their communicative competence. In the middle stage of Chinese learning, the scientific nature of the textbooks used by learners has a great influence on the future Chinese learning of Chinese learners.Based on the study of intermediate Chinese oral teaching materials, this paper absorbs the experience of previous studies and finds out the vacancy of schema theory in this field. Therefore, it is based on the theory of "schema theory". And because of the part-time teachers during the internship, the use of teaching materials for the"development of Chinese intermediate spoken language", so this article with the textbook as the object of study, for the development of the study to provide a specific object.Schema theory that known knowledge and experience in the human brain in a way to sort out the class of long-term storage, schema between the different levels, not only covers the known knowledge, but also the link between knowledge, is a hierarchical order Of the network system. Schema and schema are linked to each other, and when an schema is used, other associated schemas are activated, so that people are easier to understand and easier to remember.
